process of our products goes through four broad
stages.
We procure only the finest quality of tobacco from our
associate farmers. Our vast resources and access to
land allow us to maintain the age-old techniques of
sun-drying tobacco over large land areas.
Our entire production process of tobacco is completely
mechanized and conducted in controlled environments.
Our production line consists of a indigenous conveyor
systems and very ultra modern machinery & equipments
that carries the products in process throughout the
production floor. The entire blending process occurs
on this hygienic platform. We ensure that the tobacco
being used is at no point touched by hand and
therefore we have consistently worked towards
eliminating the levels of risk and contamination to
the products.
We have in-house laboratories to check the quality of
products & ensure uniformity of taste & aroma
throughout our entire product range. A professional
team of experts oversee every all aspects of
procurement, production and packaging.
